Some stuff about me and my experience.

This page is just to give you some background information about me so that you can make an informed decision as to my skills, life experiences and ability to help you overcome many of the fears and annoyances and problems you are currently experiencing in your life.

I am mature being almost sixty, so have experienced much that life has to offer, I have lots of tee shirts from different experiences in my life and have borrowed them from others who have experienced things that I have not. So I may well have come across and fixed the issue you may have, possible in my self.

I have been on the dole, been employed, self-employed and owned businesses. Gone from being broke to very wealthy to comfortable. Single, married, divorced with children and without children. So the joys and woes of income and family life are well known to me.

Have been in high stress and life or death situations and handled it, or sometimes just got away with it. So I do have a range of life experiences many of which are outside the average life. May even be an un-repent sinner.

Since 1991, I have been in practice as a therapist, as I really do not like that word, shall we say a personal trainer. So unlike many new to our world. I do have many thousands of hours of real experience, with thousands of real clients, that down the years have been helped.

My interest in our minds, bodies and hypnosis started young. I have always had an interest in yoga and martial arts and was trained in both from a very early age.

From the age of eight, I began to read and study mind systems and around this time started to hypnotise friends at school. It did get me into some trouble, but I was a child, and it was so much fun.

I also began to read books on mental training systems and magick (Yes. It is spelt correctly). Along with Raga Yoga a psychological control system, only to discover years later that neuro-linguistic programming can get you the same results in a fraction of the time.

I went on to become a plumber and builder for a while and then.
I qualified as a Psychotherapist and Hypnotherapist in 1991 with Neil French and The International Association of Hypno-analysts (IAH) and started my private practice that year.

At this time I was fortunate enough to be taken under the wing of Internationally acclaimed hypnotherapist Duncan McColl of Pilgrim Tapes.
I qualified as one of only a handful of trainers in his system. Duncan continued to teach and guide me until his departure from this world.

In 1997 I trained as a Neuro-Linguistic Programmer, then a master NPL practitioner and later became a Certified Trainer for Dr Richard Bandler. With Richard, I also experienced DHE and his personal enhancement system.

I have learnt from the best trainers (and most expensive, quality knowledge comes at a cost) and practitioners of hypnosis, hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and energy psychology, some of them are listed below:

Dr Richard Bandler, Ross Jeffries, Duncan McColl, Tony Robbins,
Dr Jack LaTourrette, Paul McKenna, Dr Yates Canipe, John Lavelle,
Mark Cummings, Tom Vizzini, Kim McFadden, Michael Breen Neil French, John Seymour and Carl Dawson. So far.

So I may have all the necessary skills, experience and knowledge to help you with overcoming or learning how to make the changes you want in your life.

I have also included a few pictures and a video or two. Flying, I became a private pilot and helped a friend build two aircraft that we flew, owned a couple my self.

Martial arts, I started my first club at school when I was about sixteen years old and operated clubs for many years in and around Leamington with my brother.

All passions that I enjoyed, and in all the fun pastimes I have had to use my skills and abilities at one time or another. I am really good at self-hypnosis.

What we today teach and train people to do has to work in the real world. It is one thing to get a person to change in the training room, quite another to do the same with a real-life client.

Just to let you know that I have, and still do have to face and control or remove fear, anxiety, worry and sometimes panic.

A few years ago an old spinal injury caught up with me, and I went from physically training for a few hours a day in martial arts, pilates, weight training, yoga and doing 50-mile bike rides too.

Well crawling to the bathroom and deciding if making a cup of tea was worth the agony of moving. It was explained that a sudden movement or fall and that would be it. Pain control and extreme fear control can be a fun game to play and teaches much.

This experience allowed me to question many things in life and discover mental emotional and psychological techniques that were designed to allow us to change our emotional responses in life under extreme situations, to become more resilient and achieve the best we can be.

How we can set up our mental and emotional landscape in a way that allows us to have as much fun and sometimes more than we had before when experiencing extreme situations.
